I was on a gt5 room today where 15 grown men thought they were superior to anyone of african descent because they are apparently neanderthols(i think i spelled it wrong) but i tried convincing them that they just adapted to their harsh conditions. I even mentiomed that the neanderthol population in africa was insanely tiny but in europe the population was massive and would cause more cross breeding for europeans. Then they talked about how africans dont have the mental capacity they do and they think it makes them mad and destructive... Too think thousands probably think this is true to. It may be harsh but i think anyone like this should be removed from earth so they cant contamite more people. Its pathic. /rant
Sorry for the rant i just couldnt believe how ignorant some people can be

Yeah, this is pretty common still. It's not even one of the most outrageous things you will hear people telling you either. Trying to show them how ignorant they are is futile, they are ignorant by choice most of the time. They will hear the facts and just pretend they didn't, or spin facts in a stupid way to attempt to convince you they are not facts and just your opinion. The best you can do is just walk away really.

Lol^ But i still found it astonishing and it sickened me. But they were conviced also that just because someone has an adaptation or any deformity they are a different species. And thus they werent as genetically refined as them.

I think they need something like death camps for them i dont want to live in a world with people like that allowed to reproduce and create more ignorance
 
I lost faith a long time ago in all but a small minority of the human race.

That isn't happening any time soon so long as people are free thinking individuals and inequality remains, which is something that pretty much always will.

They were just trolls. Trying to get a response out of anybody who may have been offended. Sounds like you gave them what they wanted. The best thing to do in that situation is to just leave the room.
 
I find it amazing that they say that they're superior to said race but they obviously have no clue about anything they're talking about. There was little to no Neanderthals in Africa, they were built to survive harsh winters in Europe and conflict with the animals that they lived around-big barrel chests and thick bones to survive being thrown around by large mammals, big nostrils to warm the air they breathe, etc. I would have loved to see the result if Famine was in the room.
 
I joined a nascar room where a group of people were talking about the same thing. And then they went on to talk about how child abuse laws should be abolished because "if my child did something wrong i'd definitely beat the **** outta them, that'd teach em"

Well, there is a genetic/evolutionary difference between peoples who have built sailing ships and grand structures and other engineering feats, and peoples who live in mud huts/the stone age.
This explains why the indigenous population of australia will mostly always be thieves and failures, they simply cannot adjust, although a minority do succeed. They were minding their own business when the future showed up on their doorstep a few hundred years ago, If anyone of us was propelled 2000+ years into the future, we'd be useless too.

It's those who deny this, that are in fact ignorant. The world is not a happy happy joy joy perfect place, some lose, some win.
 
With near extinction events in the past that reduced modern human numbers to just several thousands our gene pool is actually more restricted than almost any other species on earth - there is a fair chance that you, or I for that matter, are descended directly from African population origins.

True, I have absolutely no tolerance for any kind of prejudice or 'ism. Though it does seem to me that the people encountered by the OP are dangling somewhere at the very bottom of the evolutionary gene pool.

The arguments brought about by British far-right groups, such as the BNP, with regard to what is 'British' and who should or should not be allowed to claim to be British are equally as invalid. When you consider that there could be so few, if any, British people alive today that are purely descended from 'native' genetics without the influences of the many invasions and migrations that have occurred over human history.

At the end of the day we are all Homo Sapiens Sapiens - our organs perform the same functions, we bleed when we are cut and our blood is the same colour. Should it matter that someone looks different or has a different skin tone or hair colour? Not one bit!

There are a lot of people that still have some growing up to do in this world.

Back to the OP, thanks to the internet there's a difficult balance between trying to inform others of their ignorance, and not being trolled. It's a bit like the Willy Wonka meme in a way. And it's a shame.

I've lost most of my faith in humanity. Some still remains.

But seeing that there is actually people like this out on the planet it is insane. How they're racist beliefs can be so strong and yet ignorant at the same time.

Yeah, and some peole are just stupid. But, as a basis of discussion it's a valid one. I don't why different sections of the human race have evolved differently to others, and how much of it is evolution, and how much of it was interbreeding between species... but the fact is, there are differences between us... and that is bound to draw out comparative arguments... it's quite difficult to have such a discussion without sounding racist.
 
Well obviously they adapted to fit their situations. Like ancient african had to adapt to mainly eating meat as farming in africa is very hard. They also had to adapt to be able to catch the big prey they would eat. Stronger leg muscles,longer legs etc. But to consider them a whole different species and thus making them inferior. I just cant believe how some can be raised with such ignorance.

Insane? No. Part of human nature unfortuantly. They're able to say it thanks to freedom of speech, but you have the option to ignore them, and in doing so, take away the power their words have.

Mute the player, and others with your smarts will do the same, and eventually the majority will have him/them muted and they'll give up since they no longer have an audience.

Its the only way to play online and still enjoy yourself.

Have you considered the possibility they were trolling? My friends and I used to do that all the time on CoD4, troll Americans by saying Canada has a bigger army and we would win a war against America. The responses were hilarious, one guy threatened to get his friend, an alleged pilot in the USAF to track our IP and bomb our house :lol:

I'd imagine these people are the same, no? Just trolling because it's hilarious how wound up people can get.

They hate people of African origin because they see them as inferior.
You hate stupid people because you see them as inferior and want to have them all killed.
