I just got a PS2 and GT3

Don't get it man. Stay away from that game. It's like a drug. Before you know it everything turns into "when can I beat that gold in license S2", "When can I get that GT40", "Can I beat that lap time" - every hour awake from the PS2 turns to one long wait.. It's freaky man - I think the game is cursed or something... So choose life and avoid GT3... Or choose GT3 and loose your wife/gf, your house, your dog, your job and in the end - your life... It's a disease :D

Ohh yearh - And Spoon.. Hang in there :)

I need one more Gold for B License - stupid fat purple skyline! I never come out of the final turn with enough speed. I hope they let you tune the test cars in GT4 at least a bit - tests should cover driving and setup skills.

I need three more golds for Rally License - Two tests are silver by less than 0.010 seconds (Mitsubishi and the Delta)!!! Then I need to run a whole lap to finish the license (panics).

I grabbed my first A license Gold quickly with the NSX but the Skyline is a bit much to handle.

I still find it funny how you can spend an hour on one test trying to shave ten-thousanths of a second from you time only to beat it by .5 - 1.0 second when you finally prevail.

DONT get GT3 nowadays i go to bed at 2 to 3am doing Endo's and other lengthy series races. A good example is yesterday, As my Zonda Race car has 2000+ miles the BHP has finally accepted defeat and fallen by a lot, aswell as a decrease in handling. so i had to do the GT Japan all stars race again[Pro] (10 races 15-20 laps each, depending on length). I did 9/10 races which took me nearly 4.5 hours, boy i was knackered, but the thought of my new Zonda race car kept me going. So for your own safety, stay away from gameshops.

LOL Looks like almost everyone is getting addicted to GT3. The only time I can say I was addicted to this game was when getting the licenses, and starting my first race ( PT Cruiser ) Damn those were the days ... I would play GT3 something like 4 times a day , totalling to about 7 hours each day :D

But today is a different story . I played GT3 again for the first time in 3 months last Friday , and boy - what a great feeling it was.

And yeah,.. being a michigander,.... I'll be the first to say that Canadian currency is worthless. We used to be able to pass it off,.. but now it's virtually impossible. Michigan is ridduled with canadian coins,... all completely worthless because there always just barely to small to be accepted by the vending machines :irked:
 
I then victimized the beginer races with my new RX8. Heh, heh, heh!

I still can't get gold on the 'B' final ???

I like this approach better (gettings golds on the tests and winning cars) better than buying a Vitz - although I guess I will have to buy one someday.
