I keep getting this popup while logged in.

Alright, I made a few more changes. Hopefully this took care of it now...

If you weren't logged in you probably did see at least one pop-up.
 
I'm getting some crazy pop-under. Definitely not a reason to switch back to IE - but perhaps to switch to ... going outside and playing with my dog?
 
my IE on my laptop continually sees the popunder or popup or whatever it is every day when i first visit the site. I should always be logged in because of the cookies. I havent used my desktop pc much lately so I don't know if the problem is also on there.
