Well it kinda does support rally.

But you can only use the rally tracks with 2 ps2`s so only 2 cars on the rally tracks. All the other machines can only watch.
So its pretty much pointless.

Anyway it would be kinda crazy to have 6 cars at tahiti maze.

6 cars on Tahiti Maze would be lilke a pinball machine (I think
they all should be in Maxxed out Escudos :D )

But 2 ppl head to head in Swiss or Smokie mountain could be
good fun me thinks....

Yeah but you can already do 2 player head to head at smokey mountain in the split screen mode.

What is fun was 787b, GT-0ne, R390 and Zonda Race car (me) at SSR5 wet. I won though everyone else wore their tyres out, wheras I nursed my tyres and won :D
 
Of course you can go head 2 head on Smokey mountain in
split screen.. It's just prettier and easier to see with only
one car on the screen (I use spleit screen mode, but I'm not
really sure I like it.... I'm confused..)
But racing IS better with your own screen :D

Not being able to use your own garage cars sucks big time:rolleyes:

I was looking forward to some tweaking of the cars before each race ..each race would have been decided on( driver,tuning )skill

But no we are stuck with the stock cars

Hopefully GT4 will solve this little problem;)
 
GTC you can tweak the cars for I.LInk though.
But we dont have enough copies of GTC to do I.Link. I only have access to three copys :(
 
Thats pretty ok ... But you can't buy tune ups that sort of thing ..and the tweaking section of the game is fairly limited

But i will take this as a sign of things to come if you can do it to an extent in GTC then you will be able to do it in GT4 well logic suggest's anyways :)
 
GT3 Rally - only 2 player i-link

GT3 Dry Tracks - up to 6 player i-link

GT3 Wet Track - only 4 player i-link

GTC - stock cars only. Unable to adjust settings with i-link option. (but you can watch the i-link replays, although you can't save em :( )
 
That would be pure awesomness if you could save the replays. I would be able to show my mates again and again the same replays of their crushing defeats. "here is how you managed to spin here on the last corner of the last lap. Allowing me to pass and win on the final straightaway" oh that would be glorious.

Hmm im getting carried away.
