As robbyboy21 said use garage editor 1.3.1 and then you can have all the paint chips and never run out paint.

And this is safe to use and doesn't ruin saves either as I use a lot to replace tickets if needed or get cars 0/0/0 as well

Can if want but not doing GT5 anymore as bored doing this, did over 7000 items last count in 2 weeks so had enough this game now all on GT6
