Bravo, could not have said it better myself.

I couldnt give too hoots about mileage on the car that i am potentially trading. Its not like its REAL, and i am not going to lose residual value on the car anyway.

Last time i looked this was a computer game and not real life.

As for all these folk demanding 0 miles on trades.....go do one!

Really gets my goat up when i see the demands from some folk. Its like the X1 is the most common car in the game and and if you dont have 10 in your garage all different colours your a noob.

Get a grip FFS!

Okay I'm freaking out here. I see people trading all the time.
I also hear these dumbnuts who say "Well I have a car with zero mileage".... What is it to care about? Does it make the car better, what?! My theory is this, it's a way to scam people, giving them a reason not to show the freakin car.

But I've heard people talk about this like it's important to have a car... In a game... That have NEVER been driven, like "Oooh I have a Civic with zero Mileage.. Wanna trade your x1?"

Give me a straight answer, why is mileage so important to some people? This is a game.

They want them 0 mile.. because they will never drive them.. and honestly the cars will be just sitting in the garage collecting dust.

Ive purposly driven all my cars about a mile just to annoy all the collectors out there :) yeah i have you car but it says 0000000001 ... too bad :sly:

First of all, it is a collector's thing. Zero mile is more rare always, when it comes to standard cars particularly.

Secondly, the zero mile cars are a guarantee of not needing engine repair, chassis adjustments, which can get pretty expensive.

Search the forum, there are a lot of threads about that.

P.S. Zero mile standard cars used to be rare, but since people can dupe tickets, you can get a lot of cars now with zero miles.

There is nothing rare to any car now.All the duping has given people cars they would never own.The frustrating thing is I don't dupe and people are getting cars that they cannot drive or tune and go out and drive them like kids with dinky toy's.Finally bought the 69 Camaro RM and tuned it.Hard car to drive and tune.(Is the best looking RM car of all) Raced Nur Nord was in 3rd in an online 3 lap race and this guy with a Red Bull Vettell who had crashed and smashed all race long drives into the back of me and kills my great run.Very frustrating.

Zero mile cars don't need engine or chassis rebuilds (which for some cars can cost up to 1 million credits). Since they are more difficult to get they have higher trade value (i.e., you can trade them for better cars). Some people just like to have pristine cars in their garages...even if they are virtual; that's no more insane than you pretending to be a virtual race car in Gran Turismo. To each his own.
