There are several there. I have posted links to quite a few garages containing full base tunes here- https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?p=6575033#post6575033

Other than those, I suggest using the set-up RJ provided. It is pretty much the best starting point. Alot of tunes in the drag forum are base tunes meant for you to improve on and get you going in the right direction. But to be able to get better I suggest try making one of your own. That way you'll gain an understanding of the effects of each setting and be able to utilise that knowledge in future tuning.👍
