I need some help please (Youtube problem)

Hello,

Since yesterday I have a lot of problems with youtube.
Videos are just not buffering, it take me 15min to see a 1min video in 240p ...
I have this problem on 80% of the videos I watch, It seems more I watch videos the more I have problems ...
And when I right click and choose "show information" this happen :

As you can see the TagStreamPlayer value is at 0kbps when it's not working ...

Since I tried everything (uninstall and reinstall : adobe flash player, google chrome, try mozilla firefox ...) but the problem is still here. The problem is only on youtube (no problem with vimeo or other website).
So if someone have a solution, I would like to know it (I'm very often on youtube ).

But it's still not working ...

I finally found the problem !
After a call at my Internet Service, they have a lot of trouble with youtube and they don't know when the problem will be fix ...
