I need to buy a game

I haven't bought a game in about 6 months for myself. Im interested in buying a racing game, Im looking at R:Racing Revolution or a motor cycle game called riding spirits, but any other good racing i will take. I am planning on buying SRS, Juiced, Gt4, and NFS:U2 when they come out, and GTA: San Andreas. But i need a racing game to hold me over until then, any suggestion.


P.S.: I posted a list of all my games in a another thread, And the game doesnt necesarily ahve to be racing, as long as it really good, perferably racing
 
Stay away from Riding Spirits. It sucks more than a Hoover. Get Rachet & Clank. I'm renting the first one right now and I'm loving it. It's kinda tough at first and you can't complete every mission each planet at once but as your progress you see what you need to do.👍 It's pretty funny too. And if you like it, there's two more you can buy. 👍
 
I'll suggest SSX 3. Great game and it has the racing aspect. 👍

Or go for the Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit 2, like sun suggested. It's a very good arcade racer. :D
 
stay away from r: racing evolution, very shallow game.
go with grand prix challenge. non driving give ico a try, a visual materpiece.
 
GT4 prolouge isnt availbe in the states, I already played all the need for speed's, had SSX3 it sucked so i sold it, i bought my brother both ratchet and clank's as gifts, and every one says driv3r, riding spirits, and r racing revolution sucks, so what the heck is left? :grumpy:

beleive it or not "stuntman" by atari is loads of fun of precission driving, not bad.
 
i was about to post a thread like this. except im not neccesarily looking for a racing game. i have plenty of racing and sports game. im looking for a good action game with a good story. something like metal gear solid. but what is there? i started to buy spider man 2. but i played a little bit at the store and im a little iffy on it. is it worth it. or does any one have any other suggestions?
 
Yeah, I was just about to buy Spiderman 2 the other day; but decided to rent it first instead. Good thing I did too, because I got bored after 20 minutes. And the reviews for it are so good. 👎

Stuntman is an awesome game. hours of fun. It's awesome setting up your own stunt course and running wild. :D

Really? I'll have to check that out sometime. Honestly though, 90% of the games out there are total crap. Always rent before you buy!
 
If you've never played Medal of Honor:Frontline, you might like it. I'm not a big fan of the first person shooter genre, but I really had fun with it. Because it's old, you can get it on sale for $15 most of the time. I also played through Medal of Honor:Rising Sun. It was good, but far too short.

rising sun was short. and it was way easier than frontline. i was disapointed.
 
ICO is soo incredibly hard to get (at least where i am). I've been looking for a while now with no luck.

I heard F355 Challenge isn't bad, even if it only has 1 car, it is supposed to be very realistic.
