What do you mean by:

There's no external packs for GT7, and the only cars you can acquire outside the game are the GR Yaris (25th Anniversary Edition), and the three-car Supra GT500, Mazda RX-Vision, Porsche 917LL bundle for pre-ordering.

The only place you can buy the Porsche 962 in the game is in the Legends Cars dealer.
