Well after a break from the Circuit Tours Seasonal, I decided to have another crack at the 'Ring in the 908. I was doing fine, putting down consistent sector times but the C9 was still on me all the way round. Down the straight, flat out through the left to right and hard on the breaks going into the tight right left just before the straight onto the GP circuit. Well, as you probably guessed by now due to the title, I turned right when I should have gone straight. I watched as the Sauber flew by, crushing my hopes and dreams with every mocking word it shot out of it's exhaust pipes...

I did that as well. The worst thing for me though was that I was slowing down to stay near him. I thought I had this race in the bag but then I turned right. :(

It might have been buried inside your sub-conscious mind that you have to turn right on that particular spot. Well, blame the online lobby then :D

You are not alone! I've done that on the several times on the 24hr circuit. I just hope I remember when I'm in front in this race - haven't been there yet!

I've done that, mainly when an online race is on the non-24hr version then they switch to the 24hr one... total brain fade!

Incidentally the blue road signs at the side of the circuit are the wrong way round in telling the drivers which way to go at that point of the track (Offline anyway, don't know about online).

When you need to turn right the sign dictates go straight ahead and vice-versa when you need to go straight on.

I did the sane thing on the one and only time I got ahead using the Ford GT prototype (that one that looks a bit stealth). Finished in 3rd and hit 20 mil so I dropped out to spend the money and when I reloaded, there was a much tougher field, so I couldn't get close to first place.
