I think.. :odd:

There are a lot a Maxima's around here which sort of look like the new Skyline, but this one was a dark red/maroony colour, had the narrow headlights and yukky back lights (looked in rearvision mirror, as i was driving at 100km/h).

If so it would be the very first one ive seen. It is (unfortunatly) growing on me too. :/

Anywho. Carry on to your regulary scheduled viewing. :)

Funny thing is: What's known as the Infiniti G35 here is branded the Nissan Skyline in Japan.
So in a way, we already have the R35.
And if there will be a GT-R version, it will be based on the VQ platform.

Is the GT-R that is due in 2007 considered a Skyline, or will Nissan just simply call it the GT-R (well, for the time being, lots of stuff could happen before 2007)?

nope. we have a v35, not an r35.

I saw a Nissan Skyline 350GT today. And a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII. (with the big 'E v o l u t i o n V I I I' on the back, rather than the small USDM 'Lancer Evolution' badges)

But since we already get those cars, I knew they were just a regular Infiniti G35 and Lancer Evolution, I knew it was just a JDM badge (and on the Skyline, grille) kit.

I saw a 350gt a long time ago but when i asked the owner a few questions he said it was a G35  plus you can tell by the arrangement of the driver seat it was on the left not right!

this dude has a cool r32. not sure if its a bnr or an er (would it be er32 for rwd too? like how the er34 is?) but it is pretty cool.

it was back when i was in 8th grade, and he dropped his kid off everyday with it.

Funny that, I always thought some other cars had 2 round lights also.

Ferrari?

any pics of the V35/G35 GT-R 2007 concept ???

or is it the same car that was built in 2001 {the one in GT CONCEPT} ???

this one
Nope, its a redesign, and no one has seen it yet, any "test" cars seen around have been sporting G35 sport coupe shells.

I know the Impala has round rear lights. Good way to embarass posers who yell, "Hey, there's a Skyline". I swear, some kids are so ignorant...

Skylines, Corvettes, Ferrari's, Lamborghini's, Saleen S7, and heaps more cars have round lights at the back.

If Jordan was in the South Island of this country today then he drove right past me. ;)
I saw another V35/R35 which was the same colour as the Jordanmobile and had a rear spoiler. Once again i was at 100Km/h and it was headed the opposite way.

I saw plenty of them in Japan (V35) and lots of G35's in the US, I even went to a nissan car gallery in Tokyo where they were displayin the Murano and got a thick book (catalogue) on them, aswell as the Nissan President (very nice book that one).
