I work in a deli so I usually read the ingredients on the ham and whatnot so it looks like I'm working. The luncheon or devin or fritz (depends what you call it where you are) had something like 30% beef, 40% ham but didn't say what the rest of that 30% was...I was a little worried.

The 30% is probably water - they seem to always pump processed meat full of it.

I know people who've worked in the 'food industry' in the past - you don't want to hear about the intentional and unintentional things that go into our food.
