I still do not know how to make an alternate ID / Login...

Searched the posts and all I could find is the benefits of having an alternate login. Can someone please give simple but complete instructions on how do i accomplish this feat?

I have 4 accounts now, you can have up to 7, if you're creating one in the same region you just need a different email, if it's in another region you'll need an address, I used Daytona raceway for my USA account, just follow the online instructions, it must be simple if I managed it.
