I think I might have a problem (virus related)

So I may have found out what the problem was with my laptop. I downloaded AVG and did a scan and it comes up with virus found Lop. Ive been doing some reading on that and apparently its bad. So anyone have any ideas on fixing this? I got the .dll error to go away on startup.
 
Can I ask what you did to make it boot faster?

I'm not sure i'll know the answer to your problem but i'd like to know what you did.
 
not sure exactly what I did because I did a bunch of stuff. I had a LOT of crap saved to the desktop that I either deleted or moved to either an external hdd or just the c drive in general. I also deleted mcafee in favor of other virus/firewall software.
