I took the DVD drive out of the PS2 how do i put it back in? (WORKS NOW! F YA!)

i can't get that ribon back on the CD drive am i screwed? iam not sure to get it on and clip the thing back. was it just a big mistake on taking it off? am i screwed?

hahaha i don't want to spend any more money then i have too so... i need to do it my self. or get a new PS2.

Most ribbon plates like that will either lift straight up to allow the ribbon to slide in, then you push the plate back down, or it henges. Without loosening that plate, the ribbon would have been hard to remove.

Actually, thr ribbon is easy to remove without releasing the plate, I have done it hundreds of times (well maybe not hundreds, about 20 or so)
