By publish I guess you mean create a new thread (in the GT5 sub-forum by any chance?). To stop the mass thread creation as we really have covered everything members are required to have a minimum of 100 posts before they can create a thread in the GT5 sub-forum, however that doesn't mean spamming your way to 100 as you'll be banned before you manage.

Jordan are you going to put the 100 post minimum information into the sub-forum description or at least edit Freds post so the info is present?

You can still make posts in the GT5 sub-forum. Just use the search box at the top of every page to find the thread your looking for.
