OK, so I have the chance to colaborate as an ilustrator with Maxi Tuning Mexico, a filial of Maxi Tuning spain, a world-renowned rice magazine. In spain they only do rice, and of the worst quality, but in mexico things are diferent, and Maxi Tuning (ugh the name) is the best modified car magazine in this country, covering all kind of modifications, from ricing to real tuning to hot rodding to low riding, and I just sent in my two first illustrations, a hand made toon and a chop of a MR2 that will appear in the next issue, as well as a note on me, my drawings and websites. Im also gonna write some stuff for them for the next issue, and I hope that in the future I can get a place in the permanent magazine staff, office and all. Its a start. ... it has been very cool, and I was surprised at how well they received me and my work, and how easy they gave me the chance. Now I need to make it all worth this.

Do make some exclusive pieces for GTP too every once in awhile. :D

Your stuff looks great on your site. Best of luck to you in turning a hobby into a career. You might also try comic book publishers - a job as an inker can let you practice art while you pay the bills and work on your own stuff. Good luck!

why, thanks everyone for the response, yes, I really want to make this grow. I'll try to colaborate with them not only in this way, but in every way I can. I might get them some car features and do some articles of weird things... and then there is something about enlarging the magazine and giving me a whole section for "projects" or something like that. That might be a reality, but we'll have to see. Fact is, yes, im happy with it.

And Neon Duke, that would be cool, but the part in where im the least skilled is, preciselly, inking. I suck , and I MEAN it, SUUUUUUCk at inking, my pulse rattles as a snake =/

I'll publish the work that will appear in the magazine as soon as it appears :D but, for the people that's worried about exclusivity for GTP, the Challenger in the last comp was GTP exclusive (: and of course I'll do some publicity there!
