We got hit by the ice storm here in Indiana also. It was pretty bad. My neighbor's tree completely fell over due to the weight of the ice on it. It rained here all day on tuesday and wednesday. For some reason now, our phones are screwed up and won't ring when someone calls.

So you people have wonderful ice and snow while I had to drive 150km with a broken a/c, hot air coming in through the window; then load a Cherokee onto the back of a trailer in 40+ degree heat? Then I had to drive back in searing winds and get my everything from my face to my belly button burnt off?

Great. :grumpy:

Wow. Thats alot of ice on your car. Have any problems getting the door opened?

Awhile ago had some trouble getting in my car when my doors were frozen shut. Wasint anywhere near that much ice on it though.

In southern Ontario we don't as much ice as that, but my mom's car windows got frozen closed. Man those were buggers to break the ice on it, because instead of chipping it off or cracking it all over, it was nearly inside the window sills and we couldn't get at it without taking all the weather stripping off...it was funny when she couldn't flash her ID to get into the parkade at work tho.

THe ice has been a pain in the butt. i fell in my driveway yesterday, and our fence gate is frozen shut. Two days off school isn't that bad though. :dopey: I notice you live in the same county as me. where in Jo Co are you?

You must be talking celcius.
And trust me the ice and snow are suckin' pretty bad.
This is my first winter with a RWD vehicle, and while the "drifting" is interesting, The getting stuck making a three-point turn is teh suck!

Its funny, everywhere in Ontario, got hit by a huge winter, storm, except for my town.........Everyone was hoping for a snow day too.....

Both of our vehicles are RWD and we have had them for quite awhile. They never like Wisconsin snow and ice, but we get through it. They cleaned up I-94. Today it is in the best condition it has been in all week.
