Yes you have made a breakthrough with your car , if anyone is practicing today let me know I will join them

i will practice in a second let me finish this a spec.. u can join the lounge already if you want to..

Ok I will join the lounge and teamspeak now

Well off the pace compared to ProPersian , I seem to lose about half a second a lap to him in race pace.

His hot lap pace is about 1.5 seconds faster than me too.

The podium will be hard for me to get to this weekend ,

The best I've seen on medium is a high 1 53 , race pace on mediums ranges from 1 55 - 1 58

I just broke the 1:57's after my 1st pratice session, so I guess I'm not doing as bad as I though here. I figured you guys would be running 1:51's by now.

This track is very technical and eats the tires very fast , I get 1 good lap out of my tires here then I fall off that pace by about 2 seconds .

I forgot to tell you guys that I have a bowling tournament on saturday this week. I might be able to make the race if europe still is on regular time. If they have made the time change I most likely won't be able to race so could someone tell me if the time changed in Europe?

Like I said earlier. We change the 25th of March

I've not been feeling very well today so I will most likely stay in tonight which means I can get some practise. If by some miracle I feel better I'll go out so wish for me to stay ill

Ill be on for practice at 6 pm gmt this evening

thanks, I forgot what you had said last week. My tournament starts at 2 so I might be there I will get on as soon as I get home. I would like a spot but if I'm not there for quali start I understand if you don't leave one open

Yea I can only get about 9 laps max out of a set of rubber

race day!, cannot wait.. hopefully we will have a problem free race tonight!

Is it too late to start the sign ups for the race tonight?

Well I should be there at least :P I won't be home until late though, gotta enjoy this sunshine.

Yes it is a nice day today in the uk , I just got back in myself .

See you all on later this afternoon.

So I have now forwarded all port to the PS3 according to the OP. According to my PS3 I always had NAT 2 but who knows.

See you guys later today and lets hope for a hassle free race.

Troylee you picture is heavy cool.
I know this 2 guys schumi and Marcel Jellionowski.
In this Race i was also there.

I'll probably hop on somewhere between 8 and 9, I'm not really expecting a good result tonight because I'm tired and I've not had any practise this week, but we'll see how it goes :)

Well that was atrocious, I was apparently a second a lap slower than I was last week and I was just hitting people all over the place. Really sorry Troylee for hitting you into turn 1, I just completely missed my braking point..

I also have no idea what happened into turn 1 at the start, I tried to go to the inside because there was room, next thing I knew I was going into the corner sideways and ended up with damage. This is also the first race I've ever retired from voluntarily, so that shows you how much of a danger I thought I was.

Gave up on lap 12/32 because I was just going nowhere. At least I lose some ballast for Indy.

I am very happy whit the result this race. Tactical it was perfect. I decided to start on soft becaus i wanted to avoid traffic and crashes and i was lucky it worked. Also i was suprised i could keep up whit the "big boys", more or less.

Falcon held me up in my last hotlap in qually. But Starting 2nd was still ok. and despite someone hit me i could still follow skengdigi, the place were i wanted to be. The only thing i tried was to keep up whit Skengdigi he was sleightly faster in sectors 1 & 2 but in the last chicane i could get him back. In my second stint Skengdigi had a good lead. At that time Immortal attacked me for position, i let him pass. i didn't wanted to get in a fight whit immortal, it would cause me in a crash or losing time. And i knew he would catch Skengdigi which wouldn't give his place so easly. My plan worked bacaus Skengdigi indeed defended hard and i liked it. So i could close the gap whit them but at lap 19/22 i believe cars started to jump around lag everywere. My car was undrivable whit made me do mistakes, propersian flew by and i didn't know from were he came. That lag cost me my race against Skengdigi, alot of time lost there. after the lag i could do insanely consistence laptimes in my last stint, closing the gap whit Skengdigi to my suprise i ended only 5 second behind him.

Third was possible but i am happy whit the result, no ballast and 18 points on a track i can't drive well :sly:

EDIT: I will watch the replays after F1 tommorow.

Propersian also whined the whole day becaus he couldn't do 34's anymore on medium tyres, "Boo-hoo". I also was a second slower. I think it go's for most people. Everyone drives in the same conditions anyway.

stays really close between us and Erik. I think we will be close untill the end. I think You will be good at indy in the nsx. I have a feeling Erik will do well at Laguna and i hope to do well at the street races becaus i like street circuits. 24-houre track would be a blast.

to be honest i expect a game to have the same physics it had last week, not that it changes day by day.. but i guess its just has to do with people joining in the lounge & connecting with each other...

Watching the replay a bit before formula 1 .

I really enjoyed my first stint racing with Maxi , he pushed me pretty hard and with my 40 extra kg I have to manage the tires even more gently . So it was pleasing that I could maintain the gap and even stretch it out near the end of the stint .

3rd was the maximum I could achieve and even though it means 10 more kg of ballast next race I will take the points :)

I've been on the podium 5 times for the season but 4 times have been 3rd places .

I was really fortunate this race that the field got spaced out after that 1st corner melee , my pace wasn't much faster than Erik , Maxi , Arkano and Falcon . I just had better luck than them this race .

Erik made a thrilling comeback from 12th to 6th , great driving there .

ProPersian finally got his first win of the season , long overdue .

I will send you my stewards report sometime today Erik

Great racing as always my friends , Indy Road Course next

generally happy with 7th today, everyone ahead of me was quicker so i cant complain, the max for me this race would have been 6th but I threw that away binning it in the gravel in a moment of lost concentration on my final stint. Congtats on erik for being more composed than me and congrats to persian for the win.

After we reloaded the track in the ICGTC private lounge I had the same physics as last weekend. Before we did it did feel "soapy" and the car behaved more like a drift car than a race car.

But I had the same physics during the race as I always had since spec 2.

Erik made a thrilling comeback from 12th to 6th , great driving there .
I actually were all the way back at 13th after I forgot to hold my e-brake at the start. To those who wasn't on teamspeak, I unplugged my headset's charger cable and when I did it I managed to turn it off at the same time. So when I was focused on turn it back on race started and I rolled into a "jump start" and got the big penalty.

It felt like a waste of time to qualify at that moment, but I decided I just use my consistency to try get back from it and it worked. Some luck as Netherdragon decided he wanted to say hello to some sand when I was on the mission to catch him. I still had to make a good out-brake maneuver on him in turn one of sector two. Were he didn't seem very confident and it worked very well.

Yes, ProPesian have my congratulation as well, you were unstoppable on this track. Good race.

No stress with the steward report, there is a few incidents in this race, but hard to decide what really happened. So no need to give me a hasty report.

thank man, it was a crazy begin of the day with the soapy feel.. but it ended up good afterall.. had some mistakes but luckily not big ones.. had a great battle from lap 26 to 31 with immortal.. and overal a very exciting race for me since everytime i pitted i got 5th & then 4th with some distance to catch up to.. but had good pace and turned out to be my first win of the season wich should of happened earlier but i'm happy!

Yeh the points table will be very interesting .

So if I'm correct we don't race next weekend but we race the following weekend ?

I've never raced on Indy before so will be an interesting track for me , especially with 1180 kg

We do race the 31st, but not the 7th of April

I'm still looking at the replay of the first corner and wounder why people still think the finish line is at the end of that corner..
