That Lexus is too fast , I'm about a second off Propersians pace at laguna , I am struggling in sector 3.

The race pace here is a lot slower than qualy pace , about 3 - 4 seconds difference

I've been playing catch up with the front runners since about round 5 or 6 , my weeks always start off this way and by raceday I'm right there .
 
since I've found the perfect base for my lexus it feels so good to drive the car, i just absolutely love it, it got lots of potential & mann, i think i can get low 19' s, was 4,5 thents in front of my 1.19.815 on the 2nd sector... definitely possible to get a better time, this week is just my pace week, next week its for the tire wear.. even tough i know my tire wear isn't bad but it can be better..
 
i need to find the perfect base for my GTR :)

Haven't made any progress still in the 1 21s , I think ill spend all day tomorrow figuring it out .

Time is still on my hand which is a good thing

your way too fast I think your using an illegal DRS F Duct or something :crazy:

i think you found out.. theres this special button on my wheel that when i press it all my down force goes to its lowest value giving me less drag! haha.

but I just pmed you .. check ur inbox

Ive run a 1 20 6 but I cant repeat it to save my life , it was a lucky run.

I cant wait to get this race over with and get to a next track.
 
Boo hoo Skengdigi, you complain about your pace before almost every race and have finished on the podium several times. If everyone not finishing on the podium would have been as you we would have the whine thread of this forum. So please give me a break from it please.

Take the opportunity to lose some weight man.

I feel yea!

I can tell more then ever now that I need one after being in this league. faster lap times on shot tires, plus way more corner entry, and better partial throttle control. I can see it when I'm following a driver with a wheel. Plus I noticed ds3 users break-check harder heading into a turn vs the wheel users. I plan on having my G27 by season 4, but I'm still going to be a back marker until I complete that learning curve that everyone is talking about. I'm a bit nervous though, because I used a $50 Trustmaster, and the slip-angle was way off, so I hope the G27 is accurate, and not a wheel with a slip-angle that I have to just learn to compensate for? :nervous:👍

I wish I was faster , things are looking more positive for the race though :)
 
Looks like I've actually got to practise this week, I should be online at various times this week. I'm not expecting anything decent from this weekend.
 
Did my first practise sessions today. It started quite awfull, i did see every corner in 360° going off like a newby. But it starts going well now. My best is 1:20.5, and my first 5 laps are under 22's. Tyrewear seems to be decent but after some laps i intend to play in the sand. I am going to practise some consistency at the end of the week. and tweak my car a little. Also gonna try different gearbox setups. I never have done well at this track but i like this one. Looking forward to race here.
