Ideas for next version of GTP.

Look, I hate to poke my nose in where it doesn't belong, but I was doing some mockups of GTP in Photoshop and this one actually came out quite nicely. 👍

It's only a simple removal of the shadow, but it does look very nice in my humble opinion. Ideas, comments, complaints?

No shadows would make this site just like every other forum. One of the best things about this site is the little details such as these shadows Jordan has added. It shows that he really cares about small things like that and that he really wants the site to look good so I think that shawdows should be just left on!

I'm actually pretty happy with the shadow, although it probably will not return in GTP7.

What really irks me about both the default and Lite styles of GTP6 is that the username areas do no line up, as they would in a proper table. As such:

I do not recall this issue with GTP5, and hopfully it will be remedied in GTP7.

That's because cardude2004's username is so long, and your browser font setting is so big! There's no space there in his name, so your browser will refuse to wrap it and instead pushes that column a bit wider. If you decrease your font size, that will go away. Aside from requiring crazy short usernames, I'm not sure if that's an issue that can ever be fixed.

Sorry for the long username, if you think it is too long, I guess you could delete the 2004 part.
