You guys seem to missing the point of the bit here. The caller with the IROC is just trolling these people calling in the station. He did a swell job, he even fooled some of you into thinking he's some random idiot calling the station. He pushed it a bit too far a few times which gives it away, but didn't do too bad. He got in some nice digs on the other callers and they didn't even realize it.

EDIT: A quick Google search and it turns out the caller and Phil Hendrie are one and the same. Apparently he does this quite often on his show.
