You could be forgiven for feeling a twinge of satisfaction seeing the lime green Lamborghini crunch into the highway's retaining wall.

Footage of a street race between three of the ultra-expensive sports cars along a stretch of road outside Gunaxi, in northern Taiwan, surfaced on YouTube on January 9.

Shot from inside a car travelling along the middle of the three-lane highway, it shows them zipping between traffic at high speeds.

But when a slower bystander gets in the way, one of the Lamborghinis is forced to break and goes into a fishtail before the inevitable happens.

No one seems to have been injured in the video despite the high speeds reached on the 110km signed highway.

Did you see how that turquoise Civic overtook that Lambo when it crashed? :dopey:

Sometimes, I'm ashamed to be Chinese...

At least the driver of the green one didn't take out his buds as well, thus saving us from version 2.0 of the Ferrari wreck in Japan a while back...

That is not a LP-640? It's a Gallardo.

If you have money to buy a Lamborghini, you're gonna take more risks.

:odd: I thought it was quite the opposite. That's why more people with Lamborghini's and Ferrari's keep them in there garages instead of drive them.

Lil place on Earth called the middle east. Where oil money takes precedence over common sense and logic.

My mom keeps her 2002 Pathfinder garaged. Yes many ferraris and lambos stay covered, but when they are brought out to drive, the drivers tend to be more risky when they do have them out.

It's hard to keep going at 70 for some when there is 600 horses at your disposal.

Wow, what a horrible driver. If you're going to do something that dangerous, you should have the skills to deal with anything that might come up at speed.

I firmly believe that companies should make classes mandatory for people who buy cars like these.

Some of them do not understand how quickly it can go wrong with that much power at hand.

That's nothing to do with money per se, it's the attitude of the driver. I've been to the middle east several times and people drive vans and Civics equally as badly as richer people drive Lamborghinis and Ferraris.

Money =/= increased risk taking

That's true I didn't factor in that driving there is like survival.

Still, cars with a lot power need lessons on how to properly access that power.

Risk & Stupidity are not exclusive to people with fat pockets. I can recall many wrecks involving idiots who were driving cars worth far less then Lambos.

Also(to the OP), thats not a LP640. Thats a Gallardo LP560-4.

👍 Some people are far too judgmental.

*insert asian driver joke*

As aforementioned. That's a not a Murc. You might want to adjust the title accordingly.
