If I reinstal the updates can I stop in one

I mean, I wanna play with my hacked cars again (I had a old data with them) but if I reinstal the updates can I stop in 2.11? and can I use them again?

I know you can cancel after in finishes 2.11 but I don't know if you can use hybrids again as it will sign you out of PSN as soon as you start up GT5.

If you still have the old data then yes, when it gets to 2.12 just hit cancel, then reload your old save data, i would also recommend unlocking the secret menu as well (since you won't be going online anyway) you can set it so those "sign in to Playstation Network" screens won't pop up every time you start GT5.
