If someone offered to buy me a Gamecube, I'd take them up on it, then turn right around and sell it, or give it to my friends or something.
You might think me evil, but that's the way it is... you see, I've already got one.
Although I don't have many games for it.. Star Wars: Rogue Leader (I think? The launch title, you know the one), Star Wars: Jedi Knight II (I like SW, look at my screenname.. hehe), Mario Party 4 (because I have friends), Harry Potter - Quidditch World Cup (YOU try reading a bunch of HP books and not give into the urge to buy an HP game), and Metroid Prime (which I've only played for about five minutes.. I only got it the other day, from GameStop, for eight bucks).
I do love my 'Cube, though.. Even though I don't play it as often as my PS2, I still enjoy having it around, and I don't think I'd get rid of it anytime soon. Not until I've got a Revolution to replace it, anyway.
