I was directly responding to points you raised, dumba$$.

What about .txt files?! I'm serious - Word, Excel, and Powerpoint files are identical between platforms. I don't mean they translate. I don't mean they are compatible. I mean they are IDENTICAL. If they are saved on a PC-formatted disk, Office cannot tell which platform generated the files.
I could go on for pages but you are obviously not intereseted in any meaningful discussion. Like I said, a typical WinBigot. Windoze doesn't EVEN suck. It takes it up the back door like an extra on Oz.

Windows sucks, I know, but its better then OSX... Redhat Linux, here I come.

Actually you can get Linux for free, legally.

Then that's not theft, now, is it? Dumba$$.

Are you just dumb or....?

Why should we give the scrounging product makers (Microsoft mainly) the satifactory of buying their products when we can have it for free?

Because that is theft.

Nope. That's called power, not theft. When you have convinced the world that you are the only game in town, then you get to set the rules by which it's played.

Sorry. There's still no justification. Don't want to pay the price? Just don't use the product.

And believe me, it causes me deep and wrenching pain to be defending Micro$oft. But that doesn't change the fact that software piracy is theft, pure and simple.
