Just thought of it out of the blue. It could be a famous celebrity or the homeless guy on the corner of your street.

I'd like to meet Bill Cosby or James May.

What do you mean meet? What happens during this meeting? We talk for a bit? We shake hands? The person has to be alive?

My first thought was Keira Knightly.

But after I came back to the reality of the situation. I settled on Justice Clarence Thomas.

My favorite supreme court justice, simultaneously one of the great influences for freedom but part of the branch of government that is most responsible for what is wrong in this country. I'd want some time to study beforehand, but I think I could have a really fantastic time chatting about constitutional law and what needs to be done to restore the court.

It could be anyone, dead or alive(though that may be a bit strange). You could make a bit of small talk, or ask questions about them.

If there are certain questions you'd like to add, feel free to post them.

Brian Clough. For obvious reasons.

Sebastian Vettel (surprise surprise)
Yo-Yo Ma
Ludwig van Beethoven

Or any of the Mythbusters.

Just a few for now, it's so hard to decide!

1. Ayrton Senna, so I could show him the chicken I named after him. :D
2. Chuck Norris, because he's Chuck Norris.
3. What Sharky said.

Having a chat with David Gilmour in his own studio and ask him to play the intro to Breathe on his guitar. That would probably be the best 5 minutes of my life.

Barack Obama. I wouldn't talk politics with him.

Richard Hammond, of the three TG hosts, He seems like the most down to earth. I could see us just sitting around talking about cars.

Jimmy Fallon. I love his late night show!

If we're talking dead people, I imagine Ludwig Von Mises and Mozart would've been great pleasures to meet. Also, Thomas Jefferson and Ben Franklin. Ben was really my kind of guy.

I'd love to go on a food tour with Mario Batali, kind of like his Spain: On The Road Again show.

And, of course, who wouldn't want to go fishing with Bill Dance?

Nostradamus
Jesus Christ
The Stig.

Not being able to speak ancient Hebrew, or fluent French (Oui, je parle francais... un peu...), or even a smattering of German, Greek or Latin, my choices would be quite limited...

I'd say Ben Franklin would be an interesting one... Thomas Edison, for another... Einstein would be incredibly interesting to talk to, as well... but if it were someone alive today, I think I'd have to go with the obvious choice:

 (thanks for the pic, Danoff...)

My paternal grandfather. Juan Manuel Fangio would be a close second.

I'd like to meet Jordan (no, not Katie Price!!), also Sabine Schmitz and VBH :)

Bruce Lee (Duh! :p)
Gordon Moore
LJ Witherspoon
Ed Cole, or Zora Arkus-Duntov
Kane Hooder
Derek Mears

That's about all for now.

Chris Adler 👍 or the entire band. (Lamb of God)

You beat me to it.

Travis Barker and Alex Ovechkin are two that come to mind right now. Both because of their love of cars.

"Deadgummit" ?

Video is hilarious though!

Yeah, a lot of southerners and midwesterners say dad gum it instead of god damn it.

Having been one (born in Georgia) and am currently the other, I'll agree that Southerners say dad gum, but I don't think I've ever heard a Midwesterner say it unless they were doing it in jest. Our typical go-to expression is f:censored:in' a.

Or maybe that's just me. :p

Well I don't know how things are in snow land, but at least the more southern midwest states say it. Depends on the people.
