I don't think such a wheelbase exists (i.e. compatible with PS2-PS5.)

The G29 is your closest bet. That works on PS3-5 but sadly not PS2. There was a protocol change between generations but not with the PS5 which uses the same as the PS4. There's a switch on the wheel to change it between PS3 and PS4/5.
