They are the big problem there. You probably don't need to, I'm sure the people who work there would gladly burn the places down!![]()
They are going with the place.
Its j4st annoying how they do buss5ngess and they still screw up because they are always in a hurry. They have to have a record of the time you had the Puerto Rican permit somewhere. If they have it, they can fix their screw up.
Of course this is the DMV, so you'll wait 5 hours while they look for it before being told that they can't help you. Welcome to our government's lovely bureaucracy.
It doesnt matter, they took that one away. The problem is they reset the time I had the puertorican permit when they gave me a florida permit, so I wasted a year and have another year until I can get a car and lisense
Well just went today to change my driver permit from the puerto rican one I had to a florida one as I've had it for a year on July 5. Well got it changed but they reset the date for it so I have to do the year or be 18 (which is going to be first) again
. I'm going to try and fix it tomorrow but if I don't and you see it on the news that all DMVs in florida just combusted randomly during the week don't rat me out please.
We did and the website said that there has to be a 40 minute time before taking your license test after getting a exchange permit. I guess that means you keep the time or am I wrong. So maybe before surrendering the Puerto Rican permit, you should've checked the rules on the Florida permit? WTF?
I'm about to blow up every DMV in florida.

And no im in FLL.
Trust me, I'm not much of an ego person. It just puzzles and pisses me off how they can advertise their website and still not comply with it.
AUPYou will not use these forums to violate any laws nor to discuss illegal activities.
obviously overreacted on this. It just annoyed me real bad that they say they will do some work for me and not do it at all. Its like going to get an oil change and having them change the dip stick. And it's not like it was free, they charged $20 bucks which I was saving up to buy GT5p NTSc. I am in the process of calling a complaint right now. It's the government, if you expect it to make sense and try to fight it all you'll is having a bunch of losing battles. You had a permit in Puerto Rico, which I assume has different diving conditions then in Florida. It makes sense that you need to relearn the driving characteristics of an area. And I suggest changing the name of the thread and many of the posts in it as it discusses unlawful activities which means it's in violation of the AUP.
For reference:
You know if something did happen to a DMV in Florida you could be suspected based on this thread alone. Just something to think about.
You've done this a few times and with fair reason, but this one is really pushing it, hence, shut up.*Quote* AUP *quote*

Good thing Jeb Bush hasn't been governor for over a year now.Let's not be threatening Terrorism, especially in a state run by someone named "Bush."
I think the AUP warning was just precautionary on his part, but probably not necessary as it is obviously a joke. You've done this a few times and with fair reason, but this one is really pushing it, hence, shut up.
Dude, they put fine print on the fine print now a days, thats what lawyer friends are for.Good thing Jeb Bush hasn't been governor for over a year now.

However, the idea that some jokes can be taken too seriously by law enforcement is no laughing matter. I've seen it happen.
As for the legitimacy of wrcsti's complaint; I would definitely check to make sure you understood how it worked before you went in there angry.
You don't want to go in red with anger just to leave red with embarrassment because you missed some fine print.
