I'm confused about the birthday list, please help.

Ok, so I read about the Birthday Glitch (Exploit) and something confuses me. Am I just not seeing this right? Every car is able to be purchased or won as the prize of an event. So why the big deal? Am I missing like 5 cars there is no other way to get? Is there an exclusive Birthday car, or one that can't be bought or won, only traded? Even the highest sell is like, what, $100,000. Thanks for the help.
 
The birthday tickets are very usefull. eg if you have a account for 1970 if you harvest the card, you can get a Chapparell 2j which is a rare car and untradeable, and well over $100,000, except through birthday tickets.

Yes these cars can be won or found in the 2 used dealerships but it can take forever for them to show up. Also once you win a car in a event you can not win it again so more rarity.

So to sum it up the Tickets are very useful for trading cars that cant normally be traded.

You should be glad you weren't born in 85 like me, I get a dang Renault Rally Car every year. A car that is not usefull to me. And it appears to be the only car for 1985:grumpy:
 
The Birthday tickets are an optional way of getting the cars. Its nice that the game has given us a few options which we can use to obtain the desirable cars.;)

Take for instance the '72 Honda Life Step Van

You can get it by spamming the 1972 Birthday ticket

or by spamming the Level 0 ticket

or by spamming the UCDealership

your choice.....:D

Yeah, but goodluck finding it, I've seen it like 3 times, I own 1 and have had this game since day 1. (over 2 years)

I believe all the Tickets you can trade.

As far as how the Trade goes. That depends on what you and the person you are trading with wants. (who knows if you ask nicely in the market place here, someone might just give you what you want for free.)

If its unsellable then you might as well keep it(normally unsellable car are also untradeable)

Now I dont see why you want to sell a car you just traded. If you are in need of money grind a few seasonals they pay ridiculous compared to the A-spec events or what you would get for the car.
