Did you install the DLC from the main menu of GT5?

First of all, check the AUP for guidelines on "Text Speak".

You will not use “textspeak” (“r”, “u”, “plz”, etc.) in your messages. Decent grammar is expected at all times, including proper usage of capital letters.

Secondly, you need to go to the Main Menu on GT5 and you can select it and install it there.
