Haley, do you mean Hayley?

Notice I put the (sp?) next to it, indicating that even I don't know how it'll be spelled. As 911_Carrera pointed out names are spelled so many different ways these days that I don't even know. There could be Hailey, Haley, Hayley, Hayleigh, blah blah blah... I'll have to ask Holly, though.

Yeah, the (sp?) was why I was asking if thats what you meant. Either way you pronounce them all very similar, most of them the same. Hayley's a good name,I always spell it like that, one of my mates is called Hayley so thats what I'm used to.

Congratulations dude!

I think Hayley is a nice name, whichever way you spell it - good choice. 👍

I hope everything goes well for your pregnancy, and everything after it as well.

:)

Congrats Josh!

Instead of sleeping, like M suggested, I'd say you should go and party like a mofo for as long as you want... when "it" arrives, you'll have no time to do that for a while. ;)

hey, i'm only 13! but i'll tell ya somthin! your life is seriously about to change, you see, my uncle, he used to play games all the time, and BOOM! he now has a baby boy and a 2 year old lil' girl! his life has changed a great deal (as you would expect) an i wouldn't be suprised if you were similar, but enjoy bringing up your child, beacause you only live once, and jus think (don'y like sayin this) but when this generation is long gone, he/she will be teaching their kids and their kid's kid's what you taught your child.

basically, enjoy the experience!

coming from a littile punk ass 13 year old, i don't think that was that bad at all! :)

Now...

Congrats Josh

Are you going to want to know the gender before birth? (I know it's still along way off)
Oh and if you want more I recomend you stop at 3, 4 is just one too many :D

Yeah, I'll want to know what it is before birth. I'm not huge on surprises. I'd like for it to be a girl, sorta, but I don't really care either way - I just hope it's a healthy baby.:)

I really need to hurry up and get in the AF, and get our asses settled down before "it" pops out.

It's better to know because you can plan ahead better.

Josh
Is feeling sick and uneasy normal when it comes to this? I really want this, but there's so many things about it that scare the hell out of me.

I already know she's pregnant, but I don't think it will really sink in until the doc tells us for sure, or until she starts getting fat/showing.
Yes, Yes it is. The first time. You'll find yourself, when you're alone, worrying about everything from "Am I gonna be a good dad?" "Am I old enough/experienced enough for this job?" to "OMIGOD I'M GONNA BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANOTHER HUMAN BEING! OH GOD DON'T LET ME **** THIS UP TOO BADLY!!!"

Heck, the first time I put up child safety locks, My oldest son was helping me. He wasn't quite 15 months old. He was handing me parts, and tools, etc.
Then he figured out what I was doing...He started running off with my screwdriver, and the parts for the lock, etc.

After I finally finished, I call my old man and apologized for all the times I was "helpful" in the same way. And for falling asleep all the time when we were bleeding brakes.

BTW, I've done this six times. You can PM me also if you need advice/re-assurance.👍

When I found out we were having a baby, it took a good few hours for me to sort it out in my head. Then I was fine.

There's a lot you need to do between now and July Josh.

But: many congratulations on your news. You should go out and party because you won't get to do it much post-natally, and you now have a designated driver!

If you need help on anything, just ask. You know how to contact me.
