Hey man,
There aren't many teams you can join, but if you want I can teach you something. I'm not really a pro, but I know a lot of things which may help you. Then if you want, join some championships on GTPlanet like FMSC, IRS or Dynamic Racing League. There's also my championship, if you want to enter, the sign ups are open. If you'd like to join it, I'll give you the link.
