I would have to agree on this one. But a Koenigsegg CCXR, which I have faith could out run the Veyron in top speed.
 
Firstly - Anyone who proposes two American cars is crazy. We all know they steer like rodeo bull so there's no need to flaunt them. Anything old is also silly. What we need is two extremes that do not dominate each other, but when paired, bring a whole new flavour and express a different soul. - also why they they cannot both be American. Remember, Kaz owns 2 Ford GT's (as seen in GT4) and a GT-R (GT5P) so whatever has relations to him will probably be on the front cover. My money is on an IS-F. If it was going to be a drag, then it'd be IS-F vs Ferrari 458 or an SLS. Also if there was a pre-R35 skyline on that cover I will burn it and put the video on youtube.

There's tons of great laptimes by the ACR and ZR1 and so on that wouldn't coincide with that.


Edit: Who am I kidding? That's all the fun of driving these American beasts! You must learn to tame the bulls before riding them. And then when they're let loose, you ride. And you enjoy. And probably scream.:sly:

Not a drag race as it's totally against the ethos of GT for drag racing. And i would say it's only in GT5 due to marketing pressure and perfectionism to cater for "multicarlturism", a word i just invented to describe the need to full-fill the car desires of the whole world, but which are a deviation of pure car culture in Japan and other circuit racing nations.
But having been so picky, i will say it should be an Ariel Atom 300 vs a GTR...
