It made 20whp (40whp in the mid-range) more than the "*best manifold on the market". (*JG Turbo manifold) The air intake temps were also 20 degrees lower than JG's.

16psi = Low boost. Who said an import can't make power? :lol:

For those that say this car is "rice" keep in mind that it is/was sponsered by Apex'i, and it was a shop car to show what SPi is capable of doing. (Hence all the graphics.)

Can you're vette do an 8 minute lap of the old Nurburgring? Quater Miles arent everything handling is much more important.

Great work there turbo lag? thats teh best you can come up with? You could have atleast said the seals on the rotary engine would die... Its just you dont get that much turbo lag when your doin 6 grand starts... Oh and as for handling last time I checked the RX-7 had ****ing incredible handling considering its weight... You... are a ********...

Considering it's weight? All 3 generations of the RX-7 are obscenely light...

And the silver box on the MR-2 is an Apex'i Super AFC. It allows you to tune the air-fuel ratio.

Apex makes whats called a RSM (Rev Speed Meter) that looks almost the same, and shows your vehicles speed and rpm's. :)

I think it's a different shade of blue then the SCC hatch. According to AJ's page, it's an NSX only available in Japan. But it's pretty damn close to Captiva Blue Pearl for me. :lol:

nice pics all people, this thread and the knowledgeable people who contribute with it (specialy punk rock, wheter he knows it (and wants it :D ) or not) have turned this hot rodder into an "import rodder" too. I now apreciate these little pieces of cars as much as a blown 32 Ford. thanks.
