I'd love to see that 2J S2K compete in the "American Touge" at Buttonwillow to see where it stacks up against the rivals... I could imagine that the suspension is out sync, but it IS INTERESTING how the BIG 2JZ is mounted in a "front-mid engine" fashion!! 👍

I heard bad things about that shop. I remember I saw a vid on youtube about the car and someone kept commenting that they kept parts off his car and replaced them with lesser parts.

Did anyone catch what's the HP on that thing? I searched a bit, but couldn't find it. They don't really have much info on the actual mods they did... (that I could see)

morethenyouwouldeverneedforacarofthatsize RWHP?

^And why is it GTP putting spaces between letters for me? I don't like it when you mess with my long words.

At 15 psi and stock injectors, it was running 465rwhp.

Car is currently for sale at $28,500US with only 3,000m on the swap. Some things are looking a little dodgy considering it was the last 2JZ from Fiftyfifty which has since been busted.

Hmm, more like Hennessey. I don't know the deets, but the owner is currently running from the law with a warrant for his arrest. I wouldn't trust anything from a company like that.

Look for posts on s2ki for full details, I just heard about this today.

About that S2000 with the 2JZ: I've seen it before and thought it was the coolest thing ever. Now though, I'm not so sure.

On one hand it is awesome to have a powerful motor in a sublime little car like that - it must be an absolute weapon! On the other hand it's seem sacreligious to not have a Honda motor in there.

I'm not sure what to think. :indiff:

That S2000 is dead sexy, forced induction looks so perfect under their bonnets. Not just that specific car but any turbo/super-charged S2K.

I've never understood why people like to put too narrow tires on too wide rims like that, it just looks ugly. :yuck:

EDIT: Woops, I apparently have no knowledge of NSXs. After 1995 all American NSXs were Ts, besides a small number of special-ordered coupes.

REsuperG: Any larger (wallpaper) sized photos of the ericcson M3, i need a new deskie! :D

-Fred-: Any larger (wallpaper) sized photos of the new STI?

cheers guys :)

I'm just not into the rim thing with the tires like that.
I realize that for drifting, it's a necessary setup but for the street, useless.
Sweet set of itb's though.
Drool city.

Lets put it this way... I have less of a problem with the above than I do with the camber (aka broken ankle) of VIP Style...

Some people who drift professionally use a slightly stretched tyre as there is little to no sidewall flex which provides a smoother transtion from grip to slip but that much stretch is purely cosmetic. And awesome.

Oh god those are seriously ugly...... :yuck:
Onto something better....

Trial Tottori.

Major Evo overload....

I'm not such a fan of 100% boso but a "mild boso" style, something like that last car Diablo posted is more my preference.
Mostly stock body with a few subtle choice mods, factory paint, slammed on 14xwide wheels with epic stretch. Bonus points for tuckin' and negative camber :D
