Every time I see a MkIII Supra, I have this urge to turn it into KITT-replica.. it has the right shape, it comes in black, has popup headlights, and with some money spent, it would have a nice engine too..

Why did I think of Dave Chappelle just right now... I do want to post it but its a bit racist...

that weird... protuberant recess, if that even makes sense, in the hood of Crowns makes them look awesomely weird. I wonder if a V8 would fit under that hood, tough I'm almost certain it fits... that blue slammed wagon with a small block would be cool.

It's not exactly a SB but here's a 1UZ wagon. I've seen more than a few SB Crowns but I don't have any pics to show for them.

Anyone else think the mk3 Supra is snooooore? It's just such a generic shape and has no particularly attractive features.

I'm not complaining or asking you to refrain from posting them, but I just find them really really bland.

I much prefer it to the MkIV, which looks heavy and bulbous. MkIII just has an awesome 80's wedge thing going for it that works well.

I dunno, I find the A70 Supra a very heavy-looking shape compared to the A80, it seems physically larger, especially in length, roughly the size of a midsize Sedan. Then again, they're all heavy-looking compared to the Celica...

Large and heavy? Check.

I call all Supras heavy; they're the import muscle car.

True. Along with the Nissan Z cars, at least the Z32 and 350Z models. The new 370Z appears to be cutting back on weight, but Supra and Z models all fall into the GT class more than a true sports car.

Oh look at that, the ziptie is clipped. He must not be trying to look hardcore.

Was thinking of posting that car, but it looked a bit too typical IMO.

Hopefully not reposts.

mmmhh... odly, I think I'd enjoy more the japanese classic car show than, say, a Goodguys event. And it's me talking.
