Those last two confirm my suspicions that MINIs look infinitely better with smaller wheels and taller tyres than they do with big wheels and low profile tyres. Not to mention they handle better and ride better.

Really much bigger then 16's look goofy on the MINI's. I had a lot of people try to tell me to go with 17's or 18's and I'm glad I ignored them.

Amazing. I think this is the only roadster ive seen that has flares and such low offset wheels but with non stretched tires, awesome.

I probably should stop looking at R53 MINI's, I'm starting to like them. Buying one would be stupid though as I could get a Classic Cooper for a similar price and I think that would be more enjoyable.

But, y'know, because they're 17" they must be good. Even though they weigh a tonne compared to the awesome standard 15" wheels and look rubbish.
