Found this whilst randomly looking for new wheels for my car... rubbish picture, but I really liked the car/trim combo...

Because there's a certain validity and achievement of someone actually doing something.

There is validity in doing a photoshop like that one, which is doing something, whether you respect/like it or not.

This isn't the photography section, it isn't the photo manipulation forum, nor is it the GT5 photomode area.

You are right. This is Videos & Photos section, conveniently located under the Automotive subforum, used to post videos and pictures of cars.

It's a place to share nice Import cars. That isn't a car.

Wasn't it easier to say from the beginning "cars that exist should be here"? And to answer my own question, there's no point in calling it a photoshop or not, because the pic has been posted already.

Do I spy a Buddy Club Spec 2?

I'm unsure of the wheels. The offset is nice, but the spokes don't look like they belong on a wheel with a deep dish to it.

EDIT: Also, I spy stock seats? Fail.

If the seats are mint there would be no reason to replace them. I like the older corolla/mr2 seats.
My stock 240sx on snow tires makes enough cornering g's that a racing bucket would be VERY helpful, and I've got Evo 8 Recaros in my car.

You'd think a guy that owns a car like that with fat Falkens on it would realize this. Maybe he's never driven it hard...

Seatbelt pretensioners are your friend.

Push yourself waaay back into the seat and snug up the belt. Give it that little tug to lock the tensioner, relax. You are now held in.

It doesn't look like a track car. I agree that the seats could use more support in a racing environment but in a street car they are fairly nice and have that classic 80s look I like so much. I'd keep them unless they were ripped up.

I've done that before. In fact, I've had Takata harnesses in my old Civic with the stock seats just to try them out. Point is, the belt simply holds you into the seat, the seat is what holds you in the corners. Strapping yourself down to a bench doesn't work very well.

I guess it's just my opinion that those seats should have been quick to go once you've got a decent set of tires and suspension, but still, I can't imagine that someone can effectively drive that particular car at any kind of fun rate without having to brace yourself with your legs and holding on to the wheel, street car or not. Sport buckets I can understand, but...
