Agree. The techno goodies inside it are fabulous, but the design is bloated & even with all the aftermarket parts, it doesn't hide the fact it's still ugly at heart. Performance for the car isn't that much marginally higher in the SH-AWD over mine either to justify moving up to it, which is why I plan on keeping my TL.
Mazdaman, you have got to start using punctuation in your sentences. I haven't written a run-on like that since before I could write! Your posts are often hard to understand because you blend all your ideas into one "sentence", then apparently post it without reading it yourself. There isn't enough space under a Miata to have a regular looking muffler, and have it come out under the hole like it needs to. The only option is to have a 90 degree bend, some kind of muffler, and then another 90 degree to the hole.
