I'm all for stanced out cars, but for some reason I can't stand the low offset bandwagon on Civics. There's nothing in particular wrong, but subconsciously it's a massive "DO NOT WANT" when I see them.

I think Civics only look good when they look track prepped. Or at least "grip" prepped.

Civics and Subarus. Everything else I don't seem to mind the fitment thing on, and I'm not sure why. Flush is fine, it just has to be meaty tire flush, not camber and stretch flush.

Totally agree. Dumped Subaru's really get to me.

Ah ha, I was just about to ask where and what that all was, since you see pics from it so often.

I'm going to attempt to get to Japan next year, hopefully for the Tokyo Motor Show. Long time to wait though as it's next December. Hopefully there'll be something on at Daikoku Futo then.

I was looking at some really old posts in this thread cuz I'm bored to death. I was wondering, what hapened to this guy after this? Is he still in the 'scene' or jail? From what I've seen on television, the States are really nuts on jail time. If you run from the cops here, with drugs, maybe 2 weeks jailtime and a small fine.. On the other hand, drugs is almost legal here..

It is when BMW requires proof of ownership beyond that, so just having a VIN is useless.

No M3 CSLs were ever sold in North America, so finding an owner would be tough.

You're right, it is a question of money, but not through just asking an owner to order a new set; BMW has made it very clear it will not sell parts to be resold.
