cos i have quite a few import pics i decided it would be a good idea to sort them into folders

that makes 346 pics and thats just in my imports folder
i have another 316 in my lemans, jgtc, wrc, d1gp and btcc folder
another 162 in german, british, american, french and italian folder
and 37 in muscle and mopar
which makes a grand total of 861 pics of cars from around the world! ill admit not many compared to some of u guys but still quite a few

AGH!!!! why Im thinking I should make something like that with my car images??? hell, it would take years to organize them, because they are more than... erm... 15 000, but it would be good, I think >.<

It took me less than an hour to do that, actually. I name each pic after what they are, and add a number next to the name everytime i have a picture of the same car (i.e : Porsche 911, Porsche 911-2, etc) so it makes it easier when you reorganize things.

Yeah, I recently organised mine, when I have the time I'll count them all then edit it in somewhere.

it took me bout half an hour cos i dont bother with renaming them when i get them i just copy & paste then go for the next one but like pr says its a take a lot longer to reorganise them if they are completely randomly named

I have almost the same naming system of punk rock, and I've been organizing them from the start.

Here's my car pictures folder..I'm probably going to divide up the BMW-Audi-Benz folder and I may have to split the Nissan folder into Silvias/180sx's and Skylines hehe

I don't mean to appear rude, but do we have to keep posting screen caps of the contents of our hard-disks? I mean you wouldn't post a picture of the inside of your sock drawer, would you?

If we all just stuck to posting pretty pictures of cars I think we'd all be much happier
