So, I can't find a topic on this, I'm not home yet to see for myself so I was wondering how this works. Per the log that's been floating around I'm wondering if anyone knows how the Improved Rewards update works

Improved Rewards
The rewards for winning races in Both A-Spec and B-Spec in GT mode- GT Life have been increased for a limited time only. This applies until the end of January 2011. This is a great chance for those who were previously have difficulties getting ahead in the game, due to lack of funds for tuning and purchasing required cars.

Does this mean we can race; for example:A-Spec Beginner FR challenge, and sell the FT-86 over and over again? Do we get the car repeatedly after completing the race. Because if I recall that car was worth quite an amount if I'm not mistaken. Anyone have any ideas what to grind?

I was thinking if this was possible I'm going to hit up these particualr races b/c of the resale values of the prize cars

A-Spec
FR Challenge - FT-86
Euro Classic - '44 VW Kubbelwagen

B-Spec
le fiesta cavillino - F40

Hmmmmm... that's sort of what I figured, so just the money part of it and XP. Can anyone confirm this who has tried?

Did they increase the amount of money won in a endurance race ?

Cuz i found he 130k for the first 2hours endurance kinda low ... Ok you get a bunch of XP but 130k ? really ? :P It paid for the motor/frame repair, i think I made 20k profit !

I'm 2h/4h in the 2nd endurance ill give an update soon !

You don't get cars over and over again. You only get more money. I didnt notice the difference in XP point though...

American Championship (Indy) 117.000 credits
Like the Wind (Indy) 84.000 credits

I doubt that anyone will be able to win cars again as that would be very easy for everyone. As other people have said, i believe it is just purely the Credits and the XP that has increased.

It seems that all A-spec non enduro races have 20% higher rewards.
Where as the enduro A-spec rewards are as much as 100% more.

the American Championship Indy Race therefore is still the king place to get your Credit Grind on.

Tht seems like a nice amount of CR for little effort. What was the payout at Indy
pre-update?

Also the B-spec races now award the same money as A-spec ,and championship winning bonuses have increased.

So we know Crs. have gone up, I'm thinking XP will go up also right? PD wants others to catch up until end of January, so I'm sure they will get the incentive to lvl faster also.

But can anyone confirm that we DO or DO NOT get repeatable prize cars?

So if we already won prize cars, we won't get the better ones?

There are no "better" cars - it awards the same car (once) and just more XP/Credits. AFAIK the only car award change is with the AMG special event.

If we got prize cars everyone would be going massively insane about it. The way the system of getting reward cars as it is anyways makes getting multiple reward cars an impossibility.

So are we saying if I go home, and re-race FR Challenge A-Spec, I will not win the FT-86 again? Just give it to me black and white, yes or no somebody ! ! ! ! !

No prize cars are reset. If you already won it once, you will not win it again. If you already have gold in an event, there is nothing more to win. Except the AMG Special Event of course where they added a Merc 190 Evo II and CLK-GTR Race Car.

Only cash prize is increased. By a factor of 1,35714 if Like the Wind and American Championship are correct examples. No XP gain increase.

They also added a green flag (start race button) to the post-race menu, so you can restart the race and win again and again and again without going into the menu. That easily removes at least a minute of loading time. So your ZR1 RM at Indy should make you 117,000cr every 4 minutes or so now. Who wants to be a millionare?

How many credits for "European Championship (I think that's the name) - Rome" (Level 22, IIRC). Also, how about the same Championship on the Monza track?

Monza yielded pretty nice experience for what little work there was. Something like 83,000 cr. and 7000 XP for 5 laps.

Indy was 98,000 and 4440 Someone said it is 117,000 now how XP still at 4440 or is it now a little more?
This morning my second account was barely level 23 and I saw the FGT in the online dealer. I figured it would be gone by level 24 but I went to the seasonal events and had level 24 after Golding 3 of them and now am the proud owner of a White FGT:) Those events were cool and pay out nicely :)

IMO, it is the XP that is the issue, not the money.

Still appreciate the patch and additional credits though. Makes the grind almost tolerable. lol
