I have purchased one of the bundle packs which was 5,000,000 coins, and the transaction has gone through, but I have not received what I have bought. I would be pleased if there is someone in tech support who’d be willing to help me. Thank you.
 
We aren't affiliated with PD or Sony. You would have to submit a ticket on their website or send an email to their support.

Might need to have a banner up when people come here that GT planet is not connected to Sony just a fansite

To my recollection, it's just added automatically and without any notification.

Check your in-game balance:
