LOL, I had a real one, EF9 is an '87-'90 JDM Civic SiR/SiR-2.

No EF9 in GT5 or GT6, only an EF8 '90 JDM CR-X SiR.

I have the honda CR-X SiR '90 but where would the EF8 come into it. Or civic sir-ii '91, '92, '93, '95 ?

As can tell not int o whatever jdm is and only basic cars for races as now do gt6 as get to buy just about all cars going anyway so not much need trades there

EF8 is the internal Honda model designator for the '90 JDM CR-X SiR.
EF9 is the internal Honda model designator for the '87-'90 JDM Civic SiR/SiR-2.

EF is internal Honda label for JDM 4th Gen. Honda Civic Hatch, 2nd Gen. CR-X, & 3rd Gen. 4 dr. Civic.
Later generations of JDM Type-R Civic 3 dr. hatches have included EK, EP, & FD designators.
