Does anybody know where i can get the 100 000 hp red bull race car ? I am willing to pay 15 million of my hard earned credits .

Nab it off someone who is sharing it on their profile. Not sure we're allowed to discuss the exact methods of doing so here...

Anyway, the 100,000bhp Red Bulls became downright uncontrollable when the tyre grip multiplier was patched out of the game. They just aren't worth it.
