My 56k modem is weird, I don't know if it's just XP or what, but sometimes my 56k connects at 28k or whatever most connect at and then other times it conn. At 40k (or sumthing like it) which gives my 56k a ping (in CS) of only 130. How do I control it so where it conn. at 40k all the time? My ISP is Juno.
