Incorrect car models

I was making a Real life vs GT5 comparison the other day, and I noticed that the Murcielago LP670-4 SV's headlights had been incorrectly modelled.

If you notice, the circle on the bottom left should be bigger...

I could be wrong...might've been the angle. I'm not sure.

Looks like it's different because of the angle... The Top Gear car is shot at about 45 degrees and the GT5 car is almost head on.
 
It's because of different angles. For the Top Gear pic, both circles look the same in size because one is farther and one is closer. For the GT5 pic, it is shot from the front, so there isn't an "illusion".
 
Stop everything! Petition Kaz to get this fixed! GT5 should be recalled to fix this! This game is now officially ruined!

dude, you searched for this quite a lot! that's something so minor and, at the same time, would be a really gross error from the modelers! please, have a bit of faith in PD (even though they do make mistakes... like every game producer)

Of all the things that are wrong with this game, you create a thread about the diameter of a circle?

Same issue with the Audi R8 5.2 though, it shares the lights and engine model of the 4.2 R8:banghead:
 
The 91 prelude vtec is wrong its the 92 body style and prelude didn't get vtec till 93

I like how it's a big deal in Forza 3 but not in GT5 when a car is not done properly
 
The Top Gear Graphics are totally wrong.
We should complain with Jezza and ask for TG Patch 16.01.

But he would overlook the 4.2L badge on a 5.2L V10. 👍 Or many other little problems.
 
The VAUXHALL Astra DTM is wrong, too. Their never was a Vauxhall Astra DTM car. Talk about padding the car numbers out!
 
There are a lot of "imaginary" cars that don't exist in Real Life, the Dream Car Championship is pretty much made up of them (except the Jag XJR9, oddly) so it's not such a leap to have a made-up DTM car either :)

Unless you were being ironic.
 
the problem with the Californias tailights is the one i find most irritating.. the blinkers light up and not the real lights.. they got it right in GT5P i dont know how they screwed it up here

There Were Many V8 Astra DTM Cars.
Starting With This One In 2001.

The 908 Peugeot closed LMP1 has backfire. That's just WRONG.

there was a Astra V8 DTM car.
thew actual one in the game is this one i believe from 2001.

are you sure it wasn't released in japan earlier? i wouldn't expect the japanese cars to coincide with USDM dates/models
