this looks like the perfect time to pull out my trusty old

...I was about to add more, but really..... everything is in plain sight. If you'd taken the initiative to poke around for about 2 seconds before posting you'd be bound to find something relevant.

edit:
hint- the technique you refer to is more commonly known as feinting here.

when you brake the weight goes forward, when you accelerate it goes back, when you turn left it goes right, when you turn right it goes left.

for a leftt turn you turn to the tight to shift the weight to the left, then you quickly turn left into the turn and a larger amount of the weight shifts to the right, causiong the rear wheels to lose grip, and turn your car sideways. Before every turn you drift I'd advise to brake to shift the weight to the front so they rear loses grip even better. How much you brake depends on if your car oversteers easily or not.

Ok, you should really check out the stickies and all. There are great threads here to help you get started. Your question is too vague to even begin to answer.

We like new members and encourage participation. Just please take a look around first.

Gotta love Initial D for Inertia
Yep Yep Initial D is where I first learnt of Drift hahah then I went and got the Drift Bible and was even more inspired by it. It was awesome to see Dori Dori/Drift king Keiichi perform and demonstrant those awesome drifts! Well thats just me i'm an Initial D freak and love the art of drift! Though I'm also begining to enjoy the mother of all racing sport "Circuit Racing". 👍
